Awaken
Awaken your body, mind and soul for the day ahead. Harness the positive energy of yoga to refresh yourself and seize the opportunities that lie ahead.

Sun Salutation
A sequence of twelve asanas, sun salutations work on the cardio-vascular system, aiming to strength, tone and improve the flexibility of the physical body. The sequence serves as a platform to tap varying levels of awareness, ranging from that of physical body to a complete mind-body union.

Power Lunch
Take a mid-day break from work or a strenuous day to recharge yourself. With emphasis on relaxation and focus on breathing techniques and calming, deep stretches, the Power Lunch promises a quick workout with positive results for the rest of your day.

Bliss
This session focuses on connecting with yourself through yoga and meditation, grounding yourself in humility and improving your self-confidence. Through this physical and spiritual journey, you will understand your strengths and weaknesses and get centred within.

Strength
This session is focused on improving the cardiovascular system, developing strength and toning your body by holding selected Hatha yoga postures progressively and for longer durations. 

Silver
Catering to the Silver generation, this non-strenuous session is focused on joint relaxation and breathing to calm and relaxing the mind. We adopt a progressive approach to ensure overall physical and mental wellness to promote active aging within our community.

Holistic Yoga
Aimed at an overall improvement of flexibility, strength, getting centred within and toning, the holistic yoga class encompasses asanas (positions), pranayama(breathing), deep relaxation and/or guided meditation.

Pranayama
Pranayama utilizes the breathe to stimulate and expand, ayama, the flow of our prana, vital energy.

Trataka
Literally meaning, to look, or to gaze, this session involves the practice of staring at an external object. It is an excellent method to develop concentration, strengthen the eyes, and soothe the mind by calming the thoughts.

Hatha Kriyas
Our yoga facilitators will guide you through the cleansing practices. These are special yoga techniques meant to cleanse the organs, developed by the Yogis. Kriyas remove tardiness, develop inner awareness, and build stamina.

  • Jela Nethi, nasal cleansing with water. You are required to have a neti pot and a face towel. You may purchase a neti pot from Zattva or bring your own.

  • Vaman Dhauti, regurgitative cleansing. You MUST be on an empty stomach to participate in this class. Please bring along a papaya to eat after the session and a face towel. The process involves vomiting out the brine you ingest. Please have enough sleep.

  • Shankhaprakshalana, cleansing of the entire digestive tract. You MUST be on an empty stomach to participate in this class. Please bring along a papaya to eat after the session and a face towel. The process involves excreting the brine you ingest. Please have enough sleep.

Yoga Wellness

At Zattva, we believe in the power of non-invasive, holistic yoga intervention towards curing physical and mental ailments.

Combining traditional yoga with modern medicine principles, Zattva also administers Yoga Therapy: curative, non invasive sessions addressing various health ailments.

We are able to customise yoga wellness sessions for individuals or groups of no more than 5 persons to address a variety of ailments, including:

Zattva's boutique studio is ideal for small group or personalised yoga sessions to ensure that our facilitators can help you achieve maximum benefits according to your needs and wants.  We do not impose a prescriptive path to wellness.

We will work with you to understand your personal objectives and proactively target flexibility, strength, emotional stability and toning. Our experienced team has developed programmes with something for everyone!

A maximum of 8 individuals are facilitated during each group session, except for the Yoga Wellness classes that have a maximum of 5 individuals.
